Refund policy

 

At Tec Vanlife USA, we aim to provide the best possible experience for our customers. If you need to return an item, we strive to make the process easy and transparent.

Eligibility for Return

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return Initiation: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for accepted returns. This covers the initial shipment handling, shipping costs, and credit processor fees and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email us at support@tecvan.com to start the return process.
  2. Product Return: If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for ensuring safe return and/or associated shipping costs.  If shipped, you must provide the Shipper's name and tracking number.  
  3. Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Transaction Fee for Unshipped Orders

  • If you request a refund before the product is shipped, a 6% transaction fee will be charged. This fee is charged by the credit card processor, not Tec Vanlife USA.
