Sprinter Interior Conversion Kit

This interior kit is a complete wall and ceiling system for 2019+ High Roof Sprinter cargo vans. It includes reinforced mounting plates, 6061-T6 aluminum L-Tracks, and pre-finished wall and ceiling panels, all designed to fit together directly with zero modification. No measuring, cutting, or upholstery work is required. Once installed, the walls and ceiling are fully finished and ready for beds, cabinets, and other mounted components.

The mounting plates reinforce the factory sheet metal on both the walls and ceiling, creating load bearing anchor points along the full length of the van. The plates spread weight across a wider area to reduce panel flex and pull through under real road loads, and are rated for up to 77 lb (35 kg) at a single mounting point and up to 441 lb (200 kg) distributed across the full plate. The L-Tracks are made from 6061-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish for corrosion resistance, and their universal profile works with standard single and double stud fittings and accessories.

The kit includes nine wall panels, five ceiling panels, and two upper arch trim pieces for the sliding door and driver side upper arch areas. Each panel is made from 1/2" plywood and pre-wrapped in gray tweed polypropylene lining fabric, which gives the interior a clean, finished look and holds up well in a van environment thanks to its low moisture absorption. The panels fit between the L-Tracks, leaving the track exposed for mounting and repositioning accessories. The plywood backing also allows minor custom cutouts for outlets, switch panels, USB ports, lights, vents, or wiring.

Every L-Track and panel is pre-cut to exact dimensions, and the mounting plates come with rivnuts preset and labeled in install sequence. The preset rivnuts provide fixed threads that prevent spin jam issues during assembly. Once the mounting plates and L-Tracks are in place, lift the panels into position, fit them into place, and tap them in as needed. Installation takes an estimated 15 to 20 hours, allowing the complete interior to be finished in one weekend. Building out the same walls and ceiling by hand often takes 4 weeks or longer. The kit saves weeks of build time and, in the case of commercial builds, thousands in labor costs.
